“We had enjoyed Chef Marie’s talent at other external events but this time we hosted a dinner party at our house for a special occasion. Chef worked with us to develop a delicious multi course menu - with perfectly prepared specialties like crab cakes and deconstructed bacon wrapped scallops to start. Our main was superbly decadent Beef Wellington’s that melted in your mouth. Finished with a Chocolate Mousse cake that was so yummy even though we were stuffed we “can’t believe we ate the whole thing”. Looking forward to our next event with Chef Marie!!!”- Sean Andersen
